2. Belleville Illinois Historic District

Take a 2-mile tour with visits to the Emma Kunz Home (teddy bear display at Christmas time) and the four blocks of Main Street east of the fountain (Gingerbread Walk between Thanksgiving and Christmas). 9. Knobeloch Woods

Located on Rentchler Rd. at Plum Hill Rd. 2 mi. south of SR 177, east of Belleville. Township Office:  [618] 566-7132  130-8 [L-4]{O-7}
Hiking: Virgin forest with a 1-mile loop path--a place to see wildlife.

12. National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows

Hiking: Scouting Prayer Trail--one loop plus the Stations of the Cross is 3 miles. Patch available.

14. Pleasant Ridge Park

Hiking: 2 miles of wooded trails, 1 mile on mowed perimeter.

18. Scott Air Force Base Historic Trail
